The Learning Tree is a daycare and preschool program trusted by families throughout Allen County. We also have school-age children. We accept children 18 mo to 16 years of age. Bath, Allen East and Perry schools will pick up and drop off to us.
At The Learning Tree, we help prepare the children for kindergarten. Our teachers help them learn math, science, social studies, and the English language. We not only teach the standards but we also share our faith through prayer, Bible verses, and a monthly Children's Chapel with a story given by Pastor Brian!

We also help our kids through fun trips. In the summer we go on various field trips two times a week to places like Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, Imagination Station, Columbus Zoo, and libraries. We also go to places just for fun such as various city pools, bowling, and the Columbus Clippers baseball games.
Since 1980, The Learning Tree has provided quality, state licensed childcare and preschool to the Lima area. We were created to extend love, acceptance, and care to all who walk through our doors. We care for ages 18 months through 13 years. In order to meet the needs of our community's children, we offer a variety of programs: toddler care, full and part-time pre-school, before and after-school care, and summer school age care.
